About
Change It is a simulation environment to for teachers and school administrators to address problems and practice solutions in a changing school. They navigate a complex social environment to investigate core issues and identify optimal solutions within a time limit. Change It is a Woodrow Wilson project lead by Jason Haas and Eric Klopfer at MIT.
For this project, I redesigned the user interface to make it more game-like and easier to interact with. I also designed a new logo to match the new look, using triangles representing the mathematical symbol, delta, meaning change, with variations in color, formats, and sizes (adjusting for smaller views) to support future needs. Because this is also an in-person workshop that used physical versions of the cards, I also laid out a print version of the cards to mirror the elements of the web app to support workshop attendees.
